Liquid Painting Colours (LPCs)
LIQUID PAINTING COLOURS are an attractive, vibrant range of easy to use and inexpensive colours for decorating pottery. They offer all the convenience of ready to use underglaze colours at a reasonable price.
Firing range, 1060 to 1280oC
Clayworks LIQUID PAINTING COLOURS can be applied by brush to green or bisque ware prior to glazing. These colours can be intermixed and are suitable for both Earthenware & Stoneware temperatures.
A neutral extender is available to allow the strong colour intensity to be reduced to any desired level without altering the consistency or brushing characteristics. Alternatively, they can be diluted with up to 20% water to suit individual needs.
Once firing, the LPCs can be used to decorate dry green ware and fired, no need to glaze. An ideal technique for schools, only requires a single firing.
